CONTENTS: This free and very cool product came across my desk today. Google Analytics helps analyze traffic on your Web site in a variety of ways. If you are selling something -- or asking for donations -- you can get a report that shows where in the process your prospects are breaking off before completion of the transaction. So if a donor had to work through multiple pages or processes to make a gift, you could see if there is a specific point in the process where you are losing people. It also analyzes the amount of traffic to your page and to the links that lead visitors to your site. http://www.google.com/analytics/ I found the tour quite interesting and helpful. http://64.233.179.110/analytics/tour/index_en-US.html
An eclectic mix of business dictionaries is available at a click. Click on the glossary you want and scroll down past the download button and ads to the term index to get what you need.
