AMERISTAT

AmeriStat bills itself as the "one-stop source for U.S. population data." I must admit, it is a pretty nifty site. Statistics are divided into easy-to-navigate categories such as Marriage and Family, Race and Ethnicity, Migration, and Labor Force & Employment, just to name a few. Within each category are sub-groupings of data. Each provides a summary, charts or graphics, a link to the related U.S. Census Bureau page(s) and, most importantly, a bibliography with links to data sources. You can also download data tables in tab-delimited ASCII or Excel formats.
