A WORD FROM THE EDITOR

Some changes pass by us silently, behind the scenes. This is Internet Prospector's first month with a new host. Sheila Faris-Penn enlisted California State University, Fullerton to be our new home, so we packed our virtual trunks full of Internet Prospector issues and settled into our new e-digs at the end of August with nary a strained neck or a buckled disk. Thanks, Cal State Fullerton, for letting us in when you heard us knockin'. And here we are, churning out another issue full of great sites such as the Baseball Tomorrow Fund, Microsoft Giving Programs, Greenwich's Outrageous Fortunes, CitizenJoe, Community Foundations of Canada, and Peter Wylie on Data Mining. Keep reading to discover more and, if you will, go quietly about your own changes as you add a few of these resources to your set.
