OPEC

Surprise, surprise -- it's worth a look. The Organization of Oil Exporting Countries (OPEC) established a Web site that includes the history of OPEC, the member countries, the organization's management structure (with names) and a link to the OPEC Fund for International Development. The goal of the fund is to help underdeveloped countries develop. Want to know who got the grants in 2004? Go to
