Did your prospect expand her business activities to New Zealand? Complete a director (current and former), shareholder or address search at the New Zealand Companies Office Web site to see what her new entanglements involve. Results returned from a director search will give you the company name, the date of incorporation, current status, the registered office and the names of the top two directors. You may search the names of current companies registered, too. A historical name search will give you the current and former name of a company.

These simple searches are free. Other searches (there is a motor vehicle search option) prompt a fee. The way of the e-world holds true here: Registered users get additional benefits, such as saved searches and e-mailed reports.
