ETHICS: Topics and Resources
AN APPROACH TO ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING
Internet Prospector, May '96
Back to basics. How do we decide which actions are right, and which
are wrong? Here are some questions we might ask ourselves in the face of
an ethical dilemma. This page was developed by the Markkula Center for
Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University, and includes a brief summary
of five approaches to making ethical decisions.

THE BIG PLUS IN ETHICAL DECISION MAKING
Internet Prospector, October '97
Here is a six step decision-making model that conforms to the intuitive
processes people "typically apply to decision making." There are also four
"ethics filters" to separate the ethics issues from other considerations.
These are then combined into a single, easy-to-use ethical decision making
model.
