Feeling foolish because you can't find a company that seems to have disappeared? You may find it on the Mergers & Acquisitions page of CorporateAffiliations.com. It lists companies that have merged, gone out of business or changed names. Search for changes as recent as the past week, or in the archives back as far as 1976. http://www.corporateaffiliations.com/dca/Executable/cn_mergers.asp?begins=A DiversityBusiness.com has a nice collection of lists of "top diversity owned businesses" in the U.S. and in each state. Included are businesses owned by Native Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, multicultural individuals and women. For each company you'll find the ranking, the name of the principal officer, city, diversity category and annual sales. Archived lists are available back to 2000. Look in the Resources column on the right for the Diversity Lists link. http://diversitybusiness.com/Resources/DivLists/2004/diversity/Default.asp
