CONTENTS: Here's a one-stop resource for searching public record databases -- now over 2,376 of them. Search by state in the U.S. and by province or nationwide in Canada. There's even a link to global public records. You'll find an odd but interesting assortment of records, with some differences, from state to state. A Corporations link goes directly to the corporate registration records in each state. In addition, there may be links to public records for accountants, contractors, engineers, lobbyists, liquor licenses, court and state bar records, charitable organizations, cowboys, inmates and worse -- if you're REALLY having trouble finding a prospect who's disappeared. This site is so neat and organized, it's a pleasure to use. Follow these links from the first page:
Over 5,000 definitions and 15,000 links between related terms -- a comprehensive financial glossary. If you haven't used their site in awhile, they have a new alphabetical menu (announced 2/13/01). InvestorWords is one of Money Magazine's "Top 50 Financial Web Sites."
