CONTENTS: If you don't mind a pun or two, you may enjoy these profiles of noteworthy names ranging from Dana Reeve (Superwoman) to the musical Zildjian family (Cymbals of Success) to vintner Carl Doumani (Que Syrah, Syrah) to my favorites, the founders of Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker (Sweet Dreams). Not all the profiles are of the super-wealthy; you slso will find professors, preservationists and artists. All in all, this is an interesting collection from the "magazine that examines the concerns of families with substantial wealth." http://www.worth.com/Editorial/Commentary-People/Profiles/Index.asp

Chicago Business has published its annual listing of the 40 top up and comers in the city. These individuals are, we are assured, regular people who get stuck in traffic on the Edens, ride bikes and walk their dogs. To read of their accomplishments beyond driving, riding and walking, scroll over and click on a picture in the interactive feature. You will find entrepreneurs and executives from companies such as Kraft, Sara Lee and Pepsico. You also can watch video profiles, which include a teacher, a frugal gourmet and a singing CEO (after watching a short sponsored message). Other video profiles are available, including 25 Women to Watch, Entrepreneurs in Action and Talking Management. http://www.chicagobusiness.com/cgi-bin/article.pl?page_id=2233 Or scroll through the profiles one by one, starting at: http://www.chicagobusiness.com/cgi-bin/mag/article.pl?article_id=28758
