BLACK FORTUNE 100

If you're African American, with a net worth of $38 million or more, you're eligible for the Black Fortune 100, Black Fortune Magazine's list of the richest Black people in the U.S. At the top of the list this year is BET founder Robert Johnson, with a net worth of $1.45 billion. Interestingly, and to contrast with other top rich lists, nine of the top ten have acquired or made their fortunes within one generation.

LATINO MONEY 2002 RICHEST LATINOS

Latino Money Magazine, an affiliate of Black Fortune, is accessible via a link on the Black Fortune Web site or access it from the URL below. The 2002 Richest Latinos list profiles America's 50 wealthiest Latinos. The Gouizeto family tops the list, with an estimated personal wealth of $1.3 billion. Only the top ten are on the Web site.

Silicon Valley CEO salaries fell 20 percent from 2000 to 2001 according to the annual Mercury News executive pay study.
